Meet the Team: Camille Hyatt

Camille Hyatt is a Director of People and Culture for our Care Advocacy team. In her role, she serves as a trusted advisor who coaches leaders and fosters a collaborative, responsive culture that aligns talent strategies with business goals. Camille is also a proud member of multiple Employee Resource Groups (ERGs).

"Community is about showing up for one another. I’ve been part of spaces that celebrate identity, hold tough conversations, and lift each other up. These ERGs aren’t just side projects, they’re essential to creating a culture where people feel seen, valued, and connected.”

Camille’s passion for helping others grow shines through in everything she does. During the day, she empowers our clinicians to perform at their very best. In the evenings and on weekends, she brings that same energy to the field, coaching cheerleading and inspiring young athletes.  She says balancing both roles can get lively at times but feels energized and inspired by those she works with. “Coaching and people & culture may seem like separate worlds, but they’re deeply connected. In both spaces, I’m helping people grow, navigate challenges, and become the best version of themselves.”

Encouragement, accountability, and belief in potential is at the heart of how Camille approaches her work. Bringing in what she’s learned from coaching others, Camille values listening, observing, and meeting people where they are. Whether she’s on the sidelines or helping someone one-on-one at work, Camille keeps people at the center of everything she does. She’s always asking: Where is this person now? Where do they want to go? And how can I help guide them there? 

“There’s nothing more meaningful than seeing someone feel seen, heard, and supported. I genuinely enjoy helping people get unstuck, find clarity, or take a leap they weren’t sure they could. Those moments of connection, where someone feels safe enough to be real, are incredibly rewarding to me.”

Camille believes that trust is foundational to her work. Without it, people hold back, whether that’s feedback, vulnerability, or ideas. When you build real connections, you create space for people to be themselves, take risks, and grow. That’s where transformation happens, and that’s what makes her work meaningful.
